nice and clean hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel keep up great work!
pool water should ve been heated in September, elevator is very long to wait for, better to be re-programmed to increase service efficiency

The staff was very friendly! The food was good.
The bycyclerent is a problem. The brochure says that the bycycle must be given back within 3 hours, but that wasn't the case! There were only a few bycycles and the hotelguests who rented a bike didn't gave it back within 3 hours, so we didn't have a bike. The cleaningladie forgot to give us new toiletpaper. She forgot this a few time. She also came in the room while we were there, we didn't had the time to say that now wasn't apropriate to come in.. She must give the guests the time to answer and not just knock on the door and enter immediatly.
